2. Workshop Bookings

• Eligibility:
  Workshops are for adults aged 18 and over.
• Booking Process:
  All bookings are made online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit card.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Full refunds (minus a processing fee) are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop. Instead, participants will receive a credit toward the next available workshop.
  • Rescheduling is not available.
• Materials:
  All materials for workshops are provided by Faire Creative Co. Participants are not required to bring any additional items.
• Code of Conduct:
  To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment, participants are expected to:
  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or conduct that could negatively impact the experience of others.
  • Avoid damaging materials or venue property.
  • Notify the facilitator if leaving the workshop early.
  • Follow all health and safety instructions provided.

Faire Creative Co. reserves the right to remove participants who do not adhere to this code of conduct without refund.

• User Responsibilities:
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide (e.g., for bookings).
  • Users must not share their login details (if applicable) with others.
• Prohibited Use:
  Users may not:
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the website without prior permission.
  • Use the website for illegal activities or in a manner that could harm Faire Creative Co. or its users.

By participating in our workshops, participants agree to release Faire Creative Co. from any liability arising from these risks.
